1. Surgery date? 7/17/06 2. How much protein do you get in per day? anywhere from 50-90 gms per day. depends on if i journaled or not too. 3. How much water do you get in per day? nowhere near enough. a good day is 40 oz. 4. How much exercise do you get in per week? lots. m&f are turbo kick, f&sat are yoga, sun is weight lifting, t&th are pilates. 5. What is your total loss? 66lbs and 66 inches
