Stuck again.

Hey Guys, I'm not getting too down about this, but I've stalled once again, I was just curious if anyone else has? I actually gained a few pounds there, but I weighed in at exactly 60 pounds again this morning. I just plan on beefing up my protein and water this week, hopefully I'll drop some pounds on Friday. I'm doing my measurements on Wednesday as well, I know that has improved ALOT!!! I'm fine, just curious. Hope you all had a great weekend. Amber

I'm also stuck!! and it sucks but i try not to get down about it. i'm stuck at 69 lbs for the second week in a row so i'm probably gonna do like you up my protein and water and probably exercise to!! We can do it!! hehe Sondra

Amber- I'm not stuck yet, but I hear that month three is a common "stuck" time for us. Remember to continue or increase your exercise too...it's all three that get us where we're going. I gained a pound one day last week (I'm bad, I weigh everyday still) and got a bit worried, but it was gone the next day...I tend to hover around a number just before I chunk down again. I'm at 65 down as of this morning and that was after our weekend in Lexington where my food choices have been not so great! Keep the faith...I'm sure you're doing great! Christina S

Damit, I hate when that happens! You know what I have found out about me? I don't loose much lbs until just after my monthly cycle is over. My greatest losses are measured with measuring tape and not the scale. Do we really need to weigh in? I get so disappointed not seeing much loss there that it is kind of beginning to be an obsession. If it won't kill you, stay off of the scale for 14 days, as you said, beef up the water and protein, and try to vary your exercise routine. Then hop on and see how big of a change there is. Don't fret about this girl. We need you too much for you to become disheartened. You are like the glue that holds us July babies together. By the way, I still love your hair!! ~Diana~

hello amber, i havent been on here in a while,,guess i am down,,,ive been at 60lbs for the past 2 weeks this starts week 3,,,i didnt want to see everyone happy and loseing,,,,(but i am happy for them dont get me wrong,,,),i have been doing my protine and water,,,,and it goes up a lb down a lb never getting under 60lbs,,,i dont know what else to do,,,i dont like these platos...i know we have all lost more in 3 months then ever before,,,,i found some old awords from a weight lose program and it took me 9 months to lose 60 so i should be happy,,,i just know the most we lose will be the first 6 months,,,and i wont them to be the best,,,you know,,,ok ill go now,,,talk to you again soon, sandy

Ditto. I was down 80, but the scale now says I'm down 78. And I weigh every day too. Oh well. I've been losing V-E-R-Y slowly these past few weeks. I'm getting discouraged.
