Aloha my WLS friends.....well, you were ALL right when you told me that if I just kept on doing what I was supposed to do and tried a couple of other things, that my stall/plateau would break and I would continue on down the scale. Seems like I was at 33 pounds weight loss forever!! Then, I added a vigorous aqua aerobics class and a few extra grams of protein a day, and voila...the scale began to move again, and now I'm down 42 llbs. I know it's not as much as a lot of you at this point in your journey, but I'm thrilled to see that number on the scale dropping for me again. Thanks for your continued support through the tough times and the glorious times. We are like a little family in here aren't we. With so much aloha, KarenS

Congratulations and keep up the good work. Somebody I know who had this surgery said that the slower you take to lose it, the less skin sagging, etc that you have. Therefore, maybe it is a good thing that you're losing it slowly. Scott

Awesome Karen!! I always enjoy seeing your posts; you are so good for all of us. It is good to congratulate and cheer you like you do for all of us. You are going to continue to do great, you figured out what to do to overcome your obstacles. Although I don't post often (I am a really boring person), I enjoy seeing everyone's posts and feel like I have people I can turn to that are just like family. Ain't it great??? ~Diana
