1. What types of food did you eat this week? Cheez n' Crackers, Salad w/egg, cheese and tuna, refried beans, taco, milk, peanut butter on celery...I find myself making easy choices, things I know won't make me ...not always the best 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? We were still finishing painting and organizing our home...I think we're finally done and I'll have more time/energy to actually do exercise. I do get in some walking at work though. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I don't keep track week to week, but I'm down a total of 60 (two more pounds to go until my first major goal!) 4. What was your biggest challenge? Eating choices....exercise on the physical side of things. Mentally I'm having a tough time dealing with the way my clothes aren't fitting...they're all too baggy and frumpy looking! It's a good thing, but I can't afford to go buy a new wardrobe (even at Salv. Army) every two weeks! 5. Are you thinking about plastic surgery yet? I've been thinking that I'll probably need it.... *Fun bonus question: If you could have any job you wanted, what would you do? If I had to be in the workforce and could choose I would go back to being a Ballroom Dance Instructor. It was the best job (people, dancing, music, fun!), but it paid beans....Of couse, I'd really rather be a stay-at-home-wife (and mom eventually!). Best- Christina S

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Something new? Baked Cinnamon Apples with Splenda Brown Sugar. It was yummy. I also ate poached eggs, grilled steak taco salad, cottage cheese, mixed berry smoothies, yogurt, protein balls, Cordon Bleu wrap from Tropical Smoothie, tuna cassarole, grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, peas, no sugar added mint chocolate chip icecream 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Walking and volleyball. I had plans to join Gold's Gym next month. We have a great incentive program through work. Go to the gym 36 times in 6 months and they pay you 100 dollars. I don't know if I'll be able to do it though because of the changes being made in our household. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I don't remember my weigh-in from last week, but I'm down 60 pounds total, woohoo! 1 more pound over my doctor's 3 month goal. 4. What was your biggest challenge? We celebrated a lot of birthdays and bosses day at work this week, it was hard not to eat donuts, cake, and other bad stuff. But I didn't!!! 5. Are you thinking about plastic surgery yet? Yes. I know that I will have a boob job eventually. I was hoping to not need a tummy tuck, but will get one if absolutely necessary. I don't want anything else done. *Fun bonus question: If you could have any job you wanted, what would you do? I would be a forensic pathologist. I love that kind of work, but I don't have time to go to school for that long. I am going back to school to get my degree in criminal justice and I hope to be doing forensics somehow in the next 10 years.

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Chicken, Pork, Beef , Cheese, Salads, veggies, P.butter, Hot multi grain cereal 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Doing major household chores, stair climbing, stretching and some walking 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 2 lbs this week - total loss of 46lbs (54 more to goal weight) 4. What was your biggest challenge? To remember to Eat , drink fluids and to move! 5. Are you thinking about plastic surgery yet? Oh yes! The works - boobs, tummy, arm wings and eye & face lift. *Fun bonus question: If you could have any job you wanted, what would you do? Either a zoo helper in the baby animal nursery or a marine aquarium helper that works with dophins and sea lions in the sea tanks. Marleen

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Cheese, Soup, Veggies, Water 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Dog walking 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I have notweighed all week! YEAH! (Last weigh was -77 lbs.) 4. What was your biggest challenge? Water, evil, evil , water 5. Are you thinking about plastic surgery yet? One day at a time. My arms swing something fierce and I could knock over a toddler, but I will wait and see. *Fun bonus question: If you could have any job you wanted, what would you do? Supermodel (I want to drink champagne, coffee, smoke and wear free clothing) Detective (If I didn't have to be a cop first and run) As always - thanks Amber!

1. What types of food did you eat this week? I had a grilled chicken salad today and was SOO excited... just started eating lettuce this week. I also have had bbq pulled pork (from a sandwich, don't really eat the bread), spaghetti, chicken enchilada (again, not so much the tortilla but the meat), oatmeal, teryaki chicken, chicken again... I'm kind of a chicken'aholic, lol. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? I jog almost everyday. I had gotten up to 6 days a week last week but this week could only get a couple of days in. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I can't remember from last week but I want to say about 5lbs or so. Total loss is 55 lbs since surgery, almost 70 since my highest. 4. What was your biggest challenge? My work schedule. We had PSAT testing, meetings, conferences, etc. I got home late every night and am feeling exhausted today. I should go work out but just want to take a nap. 5. Are you thinking about plastic surgery yet? Yeah, it's been on my mind a little. I'm almost POSITIVE that I'll get a boob lift. I haven't lost much of anything there, so size isn't an issue, but saggie elsies don't belong on my 27-year old body, lol! I think my tummy might be okay, but it's still too early to tell. My arms are really iffy too, but I'll have to wait and see what it's like once I'm through everything and see how much my skin bounces back. *Fun bonus question: If you could have any job you wanted, what would you do? I'm lucky enough to say that I have it. I'm a teacher and I absolutely LOVE it. I think it's the best job in the world and wouldn't want to do anything else in the work force. Now, I do hope to someday be a stay at home mom until my kids are in 1st grade, but we'l lsee...

1. What types of food did you eat this week? soups, chicken, pork chops, applesauce, yogurt, cheese, jerky, eggs, tuna, fish, bananas and a bite of hubbies T-bone steak. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week?water aerobics and treadmill 3. How much weight did you lose? 2 lb Total loss? 80lb 4. What was your biggest challenge? drinking enough 5. Oh boy have been thinking about it since before this surgery ... still have a ways to go first. *Fun bonus question: If you could have any job you wanted, what would you do? 1. What types of food did you eat this week? Chicken chunks with blue chesse dressing, Friday made a huge turkey for a family dinner now dont know what to do with all the leftovers. Now that its getting cooler Ive had alot more soups again...McDonalds has a great tasting broccoli soup!!! for when u are on the go. Green beans, broccoli and lots of chicken 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? 40 min at the gym 2 days and 2 days of 40 min of walking 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? didnt lose any....finally hit my next stall 4. What was your biggest challenge? Stopping eating. I used to not want to eat...that seems to be passing. I no longer have to make myself eat but once I eat I have to make myself stop eating. 5. Are you thinking about plastic surgery yet? Most definatly. I still have a long way to go but Im hoping to do it by next fall. Spring would be nice but Im not gonna be ready...I still have way to much wt to lose *Fun bonus question: If you could have any job you wanted, what would you do? Im a nurse and after all this I would love to work with bariatric patients...I love the center where I go...Maybe they will be hiring soon.
