1. What types of food did you eat this week? The usual, but I tried a Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wrap from Tropical Smoothie. I ended up just taking the pieces of chicken out and eating them by themselves. It was good. I'm just a carnivor. I also had crap stuffed shrimp for the first time. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? I sucked in this department yet again. However, I found out that Gold's Gym is only charging 35$ a month and they have ALOT of classes, the hours are good, and they have a fitness cinema. That sold me. I'll be joining soon. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I lost 4 lbs this week. 56 so far, woohoo! 4. What was your biggest challenge? I had a very busy week, late night meetings & vball practice. Needed more energy. 5. Are you measuring your inches? How many pants/shirt sizes have you gone down? I haven't measured myself for the month of October yet, but I went from a 26 to a 20 in pants and I have one 14/16 shirt I can wear. Mostly 18/20's though. *Fun bonus question: Are you superstitious? Hi Amber and All!! I FINALLY remembered to come by here on a FRIDAY vs. a week too late! LOL 1. What types of food did you eat this week? My usual, yogurt, veggies, a veg chicken patty, soup and of course my almonds! 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Um, yikes! A few walks with the puppies, but not enough. I suck! Finally decided to join a gym vs. getting equipment at home. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? My scale sucks! I'mnot sure. As of last weekend I weighed 315, but I could be near 310 now. Mondayis 3 mo. follow-up - that will be the TRUE test! 4. What was your biggest challenge? Old habits sneaking in...snacking has begun to resurface. 5. Are you measuring your inches? How many pants/shirt sizes have you gone down? Inches yes - as of now 39.03 GONE! WOO HOO! *Fun bonus question: Are you superstitious? Will you be avoiding anything today? Not superstitious much! Yes, avoiding hard work LOL

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Made a new soup - chicken sausage and spinach, Lots of soups this week, I've been cold! All the usual things too. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? walking, water aerobics 3. How much weight did you lose? 5lb Total loss? 78lb 4. What was your biggest challenge? Getting all the protein in! 5. 1. What types of food did you eat this week? Tried dense nutty bread one tiny slice with one teaspoon s/f applesause with tiny amt splenda and nutmeg added. , preceded by 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese. Nummy, even without hunger/cravings to date. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Crunches, butt lifts, Pilates resistance wheel (arms/thighs), and walking. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 2 for total 55 lbs 4. What was your biggest challenge? MS pain/fatigue, though do my exercises early in the morning to optimize best energy. 5. Are you measuring your inches? How many pants/shirt sizes have you gone down? Another WOW moment: waist is now 35 1/2 from 41! Hips 47 1/2 from 53 3/4, right thigh (have a mole marker) 25 3/4 from 29 1/2, bust 40 from 44 1/2. Have gone down from 24W or 2X pants to loose 18W, and tops from 20W /2X to regular medium and large, mostly mediums! Lost total 18 1/2 inches! *Fun bonus question: Are you superstitious? Will you be avoiding anything today? Not at all superstitious.

1. What types of food did you eat this week? I don't know... I really don't remember... some soup and oatmeal. I love oatmeal right now. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? pilates, turbo kick and yoga. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? no idea, I only weigh every other week, but I average about 3 lbs per week 4. What was your biggest challenge? I want a mountain dew right now. I also know how sick it would make me, so I'm avoiding it. 5. Are you measuring your inches? How many pants/shirt sizes have you gone down? Yes, on a monthly basis, I'm in a 14/16 from a 20/22, total inches lost is 61. *Fun bonus question: Are you superstitious? Will you be avoiding anything today? yes, and no!
