1. Surgery date: July 17, 2006 2. Lbs. lost: 46 (8 OF THOSE PRE-OP) 3. Main source of protein: ISOPURE Shakes (ONCE A DAY, USUALLY BREAKFAST), chicken, shrimp, ROAST BEEF THINLY SLICED, cheese and FAT FREE milk. 4. How much water are you getting in?: 64 OZ. A DAY 5. Are you keeping up with your vitamins/calcium, etc.: I don't necessarily have to take vitamins like that since I have no malabsorption issues with my surgery, however, I still do. 6. What vitamins are you taking? 1 weight smart one-a-day, 2 tums for calcium and a b-12 drop once a week. 7. Any hair loss? no, actually it has grown 8. What kind of exercise are you doing? Walking away the pounds with Leslie Sansone doing 1 mile in 15 mins everyday. Will gradually increase this soon.

How much water are you getting in?: flavored water Approx. 48 - 56oz 5. Are you keeping up with your vitamins/calcium, etc.: Yes 6. What vitamins are you taking? ursol, B complex , centrum multi, Calcium with added vit d and mag& zinc twice a day _ iron with added vit C and b12 subliq once a day 7. Any hair loss? some shedding on brush and bath drain 8. What kind of exercise are you doing? walking , recumbling exercise bike and lite weights workout and lots of stretching. Next month going to celebrate my 4th month (post op) at a spa and get a well deserved massage and a make up / hairdo redo. Marleen

1. Surgery date: July 26, 2006 2. Lbs. lost: 53 lbs. 3. Main source of protein: Isopure shakes, chicken, chili, low-fat string cheese, yogurt. 4. How much water are you getting in?: Shoot for 64oz., not always making it. 5. Are you keeping up with your vitamins/calcium, etc.: Pretty good, I sometimes forget my calcium. 6. What vitamins are you taking? 2 Flintstone chewables a day, 2 calcium citrate, 2 Iron/B12 supplement, 2 Ursodiol (gallbladder), a prevacid, and a baby asprin. 7. Any hair loss? Starting to have some extra hair loss. 8. What kind of exercise are you doing? Unfortunately this is the tough one for me. I have two boys under 3 so I have a hard time finding time to get out to exercise. I go for occasional walks, have been organizing my house, and basically just staying busy with the kids.
