Aloha Jennifer......Wow, you are doing great! I, too, eat the PureProtein bars, and they actually taste good. They are excellent for throwing into your purse when you are on the go as I am much of the time. Thanks for responding...I appreciate it. Aloha nui loa, KarenS

Aloha Patti....gosh, I feel disappointed in my weight loss after seeing how much you have lost with almost the same surgery date. You are doing beautifully. Part of the reason I did this survey is to see what I might be doing wrong. Or maybe it's just individual differences. I think I need to add more exercise to my regime........just the 3 hours in the pool a week maybe isn't enough. I have a bad leg, and that keeps me from walking the beaches as I'd like to. I have an appointment with my orthopedic surgeon and hopefully he can give me some clue as to how to overcome the pain in my leg when walking. Thanks for participating in this, Patti...I appreciate it very much. Aloha nui loa, KarenS

How much water are you getting in?: I have no idea, at least 50oz 5. Are you keeping up with your vitamins/calcium, etc.: Absolutely. I carry one of the granny packs with me everywhere. It has 7 days a week 4 x a day. My friends make fun, but its worth it. 6. What vitamins are you taking? 2 Flintstones a day, 1 B12 a day, 3 Chewable Calcium Citrate a day or a Chocolate Mint Chew (must be citrate, carbonate does not work, tums don't work... now I'll get off soapbox) 7.
