1. What types of food did you eat this week? Yogurt, poached eggs on english muffins, egg salad, SF jello w/ mandarin oranges, cottage cheese, peas, 1/2 FF Turkey Dog, Turkey burger (ruby tuesdays), mashed potatos, shrimp, chili, mostly the same. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Not too much, just at volleyball practice. Got two teeth pulled, been in lots of pain. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I think I lost 2 pounds. My scale has been so weird. I can't keep up with it. My last weight said 251.5. Started at 300 4. What was your biggest challenge? Feeling like crap from the dental work. 5. Will you be walking for Obesity this weekend? Yes, I've been sponsored and will be walking in Suffolk, Virginia. I'm excited. 3 miles for a great cause. Hope all of you are getting invovled too! *Fun bonus question: Are you excited for your next high school reunion? Do you plan on going? Anything about school memories you want to share? I haven't been to a reunion yet. It's been 12 years since I got out of highschool. Technically, I didn't graduate where I went to my senior year, but I've recently found a lot of them on MySpace. Once I'm at goal, I would love to show off my progress. I wasn't "fat" in highschool, but I was "bigger" than all the other girls. Especially taller. It was rediculous but some jerks still wrote "Have a whale of a summer" in my 8th grade notebook. I'm proud of who I am, fat or not. I hope they can say the same thing.

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Turkey, cheese, chili, pork chop, egg salad, ham, eggs, broccoli, carrots (cooked), turkey jerky, SF fudgecicle, yogurt ... same ole same ole! 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Treadmill, and water aerobics 3. How much weight did you lose? 5lb Total loss? 68lb 4. What was your biggest challenge? getting in all my protein, and keeping it down! 5. Anything about school memories you want to share? My next high school reunion will be in two years. My best friend and I ha decided not to go to anymore, but the other night a lady a****er aerobics started talking about it and I thought "Heck I'll be a different person in two years." So on the way home I called my best friend and she agreed that we would go! I loved high school, was a band geek because we got to go everywhere! My freshman year we went to Hawaii during spring break, talk about fun! My size didn't matter because I made friends with everyone. I also wasn't that heavy back then!

Friday Five - Weekly Update 1. What types of food did you eat this week? Went last Sunday to a fellow gbs pts home and had...turkey pepperoni, crystal light lemonade, pork rinds and new whey. At home I had cheese soup, cottage cheese, steamed broccoli and a salad and a steak from the outback...ate on it for 3 days and then thru the rest away. Today I had some no salt Cashews. I had lots of new things this week. Didnt have any problems. Loved the salad...I had really missed those. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? I was really bad. I had gotten bit 6 times by a spider and have been in alot of pain...only took a few walks and No time at the gym...spent time at the Drs office though...LOL 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? Only about 2 lbs this week. 4. What was your biggest challenge? I had a great week other than the spider bites. I got a new hairdo. Got to see several ppl that I hadnt seen in a yr and they loved the way I was looking...I finally told them I had surgery but they really didnt know at first...lol 5. Will you be walking for Obesity this weekend? Im going to a Clothing exchange for the Indiana board on Sat. Looking forward to meeting them all. *Fun bonus question: Are you excited for your next high school reunion? Do you plan on going? Anything about school memories you want to share? Had my 30th reunion in July....I didnt go. Had to work that weekend. Never have went to one though... Guess Like others when I get skinny I will go and wow them all...LOL

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Hard-boiled eggs, poached eggs, strip of bacon with the eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, baked chicken breast, chicken parmesan sandwich from Plant Sub (inside of sandwich only, not the bread), pintos & cheese from Taco Bell, grilled chicken breast, bean with bacon soup. Basically everything healthy that I'm allowed to eat. Also, I tried a couple of protein bars for the first time. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Walking. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? Don't know how much this week, but I've lost 101.5 pounds since May 5 when I first met with the surgeon. 88.5 pounds since the surgery. 4. What was your biggest challenge? I had to attend a couple of days of training for my job and didn't have access to my normal foods. I had to order something healthy from a sub-sandwich shop and a pasta/pizza restaurant. I chose healthy things and did pretty well. The training environment had a lot of candy, sweets, chips, and I avoided it all. 5. Will you be walking for Obesity this weekend? No. *Fun bonus question: Are you excited for your next high school reunion? Do you plan on going? Anything about school memories you want to share? My next high school reunion will be in 3 years and will be my 30th. I haven't attended one yet, but just might this time.

1. What types of food did you eat this week? Mostly protein supplements and bars, Wendy's chili, chicken, and meat. 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Some walking. I'm really not exercising nearly as much as I should be. Just don't have time. 3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? I have lost 6 lbs. this week. I was stalled last week. Total loss is 61 lbs. 4. What was your biggest challenge? Exercise. Always exercise. 5. Will you be walking for Obesity this weekend? Nope. *Fun bonus question: Are you excited for your next high school reunion? Do you plan on going? Anything about school memories you want to share? I have been out of HS for 13 years. I don't know if we'll have a 15 year, but if we do, I'm there.
