hello all i just thought this would be fun,,,,i read this in a book today and if i get good responce i will keep posting 5 at a time,,,good luck to all and this is just to encourage!! 101 REASONS TO LOSE 100 LBS 1 TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF 2 TO HAVE GREAT SEX (THIS DID COME OUT OF A BOOK) 3 SO YOU WON'T THINK PEOPLE ARE LAUGHING OR TALKING ABOUT YOU 4 TO BUY CLOTHES IN A NORMAL STORE THAT ARE ACTUALLY STYLISH 5 TO HAVE MORE ENERGY i will post more dont know if it will be everyday or once a week,,,trying to encourage,,,were any of these the reason you had the WLS?? 96 more to go have a great day and remember eat right and move alittle more today then you did yesterday!!and keep smiling!! from a friend w/a pouch sandy

Hi Sandy, Keep posting the reasons. I agree with all listed. For me it is not about wearing a bikini, (however, I wouldn't mind that too) it is about feeling healthy and living a longer life. They say you love your grandchildren more than your own children. This is a saying that I find very hard to believe, but I want to be here and to be here healthy to experience this. I want to be able to take them shopping, on vacations, to the theatare and whatever else their hearts desire! My mother loves my children but because of her being morbidly obese, she is very limited in what she can do with them. I am happy that she is in their lives, but wish she could've had the surgery to help her life as well. Maryellen WLS 7/31/06 -40lbs

hello maryellen i see you have lost 40lbs thats great,,,ive lose 43 so i guess we are doing about the same,,,i always think i should have lost more,,,but man,,,43 down and hope to never see those lbs again,,,,im still wearing baggie clothers,,,i have more sizes,,but they are boxed up,,,i dont think ive lose enough to get in them and im not going to buy any for awhile,,,but just wanted to say you are doing great and thank you for reading my post,,, friends w/a pouch sandy
