Any post-ops near Sacramento, CA??

I am looking to find some support close to home. Maybe start a group that gets together and maybe even support for spouses. This is such an incredible journey for all involved and it is hard for some to understand. Kris

Try checking out the Cali board, once a week someone posts cali support groups and i'm sure there are several post opps near you

Yeah, I have tried that and unfortunately there are no support groups close to Sacramento , other than through my surgeons office. They only get together once a month and at a really tough time of day. I was also hoping to find more people closer to my surgery date. Hopefully I will get some responses. Thanks.

Thats how it is here in san diego, only support groups are throuh kaiser (cost $ each week) and through my surgeon once a month. But on the cali board there are a ton of people in my area, so at least I am able to find support that way...best of luck!!!

Yeah. I go on the Cali board and they have a ton of people in your area. It seems like they constantly have some event going on, and for each other. It would be nice to have that closer to home. Maybe I can rally up some troops.
