What did you eat?
Hi July forum,
I had the RNY on 7/31/06 and I'm already down -40lbs. I feel very good. But I'm hoping we can share some menu ideas.
What did you eat yesterday?
B-Oatmeal-about 1/2 portion
L-1/2 panini grilled chicken sandwhich with spinach. I removed the bread, cut up the chicken in very small pieces, got extra dressing for dipping each piece before I chewed, chewed and chewed again. It was much easier to eat this way.
D-Taco Bell - 1 serving of pintos with cheese. It is the perfect size and its only .89cetns.
S-some cut up fruit.
Water, about 32 ounces.
multivitamin and calcium(tums)
