wow moment 40lbs!!
Based upon the presurgical loss to this morning on my own scale (not a good judge tho) looks like 52 gone. I would say 50 for sure, but my clothes sizes have dropped by 2 full sizes. If it weren't for my C-section tummy, I could comfortably have dropped another. I think my severely stretch marked abdomin is going to be the problem area for me.
I think what has made me the happiest is looking at my face in the makeup mirror and seeing cheekbones and not fat around my neck and behind the cheeks. I will take a loss anywhere, but that makes me feel really good.
I know others have lost more, and some may have more to loose, but I will take a loss at any rate, as long as I can. I should be drinking more water, and getting more protein, and exercising more, but those things have always been issues for me, so I am happy. You should be too!! As long as we are loosing, let's savor the successes!!
Take care!
