I found a new (to me) calcium supplement at Target. Adora is made with chocolate and comes in milk chocolate and dark chocolate. It has a few less calories than the Citrical Chews - 30 calories, 3g fat, and 3g sugar. The dark chocolate only has 2g of sugar. You can buy it in a bag of 30 or just a small package if you want to try them out. They taste like real chocolate to me. The packages are green and purple. The bag costs $6.99. I forgot how much the smaller package costs.

And they are calcium citrate???? That's awesome. I'd rather find some locally then online like I've been doing. Thanks for the tip, Amber

They aren't - so you may not even want to try them.

For my calcium supplement I take 2 tums each day. I recently started getting the tums smoothies and they come in mocha and cream flavored. They are kinda like my little chocolate treat. They actually taste like a tootsie roll, at least that's what they taste like to me.

Jennifer, did your doctor tell you to take calcium carbonate or citrate? My doctor told us to take the citrate because the carbonate does not absorb as well as citrate. Calcium carbonate absorbs at 10% and citrate absorbs at 50%. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

My doctor prescribed 2 tums daily for calcium.
