How long?
I know there have been many posts about hitting stalls.
I was doing great and now for 2 weeks I've been staying within a couple pounds, loosing 2 pounds and seeming to gain them back the next day. I've been fine with this until the last couple days. I keep telling myself this is normal, we all go through it. But it gets harder and harder to keep believing that as time continues to pass and no weight is coming off. It's not like I'm eating much, just beans and cottage cheese, and occasional yogurt, seems to be all i can handle. And I'm fine on my protein and water, and ofcourse i could always do more excersize. But i dont see that as being my downfall, I'm only 5 weeks out...I'm just stressing myself out. I just need some reassurance.
So my question is, how long did your stall last?

I've been on a stall for approximately 3 1/2 weeks. It's really depressing. I try to get in the protein with foods but I guess I'm not getting enough. My doctor recommends 60-80 grams per day. I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone and I hope this plateau breaks very soon for both of us.
