those are all good - i really enjoyed scrambled egg and also egg salad with a little lite mayo. you can boost the protein in your scrambled egg up - add 1/4 scoop of unflavored protein powder and a splash of milk to keep it from getting too cakey... also 1 tbsp of cottege cheese in there is good.

There are so many things you can have at this stage - I'm just about at the end of it but I've had - Custard, salmon, shrimp, yogurt, sf pudding w/protein powder, egg salad, cottage cheese, soft cheese, hummus, fruit, smoothies - I make mine with Unjury protein powder and a frozen banana chunk. Forgot to add applesauce, and tell you I did not do well at all with mashed potatoes! Be very careful mine got stuck and hurt like hell for a while! It hurt so bad I don't think I'll ever look at them the same again, and I certainly have no desire to try eating them again! Since they are all carbs I don't think it will hurt me not to eat them! Hi Vanessa, The first thing I tried after the awful liquid stage was a scrambled egg with some cheddar cheese. It was the best thing I'd ever eaten!! My Dr. says we can have chili (turkey chili is my favorite) during the soft stage, and Gerber Graduate meals are PERFECT. They are low in calories/fat/sugar and are already cut into tiny bites and are easily digested. Those have gotten me by for 2 weeks now! My 2 fav's are the Turkey breast/mashed potatoes and the chicken breast/mashed potatoes. They come with vegetables too. I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey! Wendi

Don't forget the SF peanut butter!! Also, if you puree chicken or turkey you could try that. I was told that I could try anything I wanted as long as it was the consistency of applesauce. Christina S
