2 week checkup
hey people went to my 2 week checkup and I'm down 30 lbs.
I'm starting to get more energy but still not up to full speed yet
i just got started on my kind of real food diet
i havent had any complications "thank the Lord" im getting in about 60- 80 ounces of liquid a day and around 30 of protien but thats shure to go up from starting the semi real food diet . im getting in around 450 calories a day compared to my old 4000-5000 lol.
ive noticed my biceps are more defined and my fat roll on the back of my head is gone lol
