Are you taking VistaVitamins?

I don't know if these vitamins are as good as they claim to be or just an expensive waste of money. Does anyone know if they are worth it? I don't mind the cost if they will keep me healthy, not bald, and not taking 6 different kinds of vitamins per day.

Hi Sarah, I have taken Vista Vitamins. The chewable ones to take pre-surgery and up to 12 weeks post-surgery. They are chewable wafer, you take 5 a day, in any combination you want. I had no problem digesting them. When is your surgery? ShelleyAnne. BTW: the vitamins do not prevent the hair loss. Eat your protein, exercise to promote circulation and drink water. Even if you lose a little of your hair, it's only 4-6 months and then it grows back. Let me know. I have extra bottles that I can offer you if you want to buy some before you make a big investment. I had my surgery July 6th. I'm feeling good. I just started adding processed meats to my soft food diet. I'm hungry. I know a lot of this is in my head. Battling head hunger has been harder than I would have thought. I'm still not up to 64 oz. of water a day but I'm getting there. I went to the gym a few times last week and intend to work up to at least 5 days a week. When school starts I can get back on a regular schedule. Thank you for you advise about the vitamins. How much do you want for a bottle? I'm in week 3 now so I would only need them for 9 more weeks. Are you taking the capsules now? If so, were they hard to digest at first? I read some of the comments on the bariatriceating.com message board that made them sound hard to take in the beginning. Thanks.
