Clear liquid diet

My surgery is tomorrow and i'm on the required clear liquid diet. I know that this is a really crazy question but is Crystal Lite is o'kay on this diet?

Yes you can drink Crystal Light, clear broth (no cream soups, and popscicles. I start my clear liquid on Wednesday. Hope this helps.

Just a little helper...if you can see through the liquid clearly as with jello, broth, Crystal light, etc. then it's generally ok on a clear liquid diet. That's how it was explained to me.
