I had Lap RNY on 7-3. I can't believe how well I am doing!!! I am getting in 90 - 95 grams of liquid protein each day (9 - 10 cups total liquid from the shakes and water). I also try to walk each day. The biggest pain is the pain from the staples. I get them out on Thursday. I hate the fact I can't drive til then.
How do I find out about how to do my profile so I can add comments, etc.? I just can't seem to figure it out.

How are you getting 90-95 grams of liquid protein each day... how much can you consume at a time... are you sipping all day and night from the same shakes.... need a little help understanding how I am going to drink so much protein, when the new pouch can only hold 1.5-2 oz. of liquid at a time and it takes about 20-30 minutes for it to empty. You are on FULL LIQUIDS or CLEAR LIQUIDS... and DRINKIN ALL DAY????
About the profile posting. you go to MY ACCOUNT... there you will see INFORMATION (update information on my profile) paragraph on the left side of the page. Open that up and go to where the comments are put in... if you ever entered any hobbies, interests before, do not erase or type over them, just go down below that, and skip a space and start typing your journal. you can date it first and then type the entry for the day. Do not type over old entries.. you need to keep typing under the existing to create a true journal of your journey. I am so happy for you. I drink 3 shakes a day. My first shake is a strawberry or banan creme one(GNC brand). I mix the powder with 8 oz milk and ice cubes. Then I blend it and sip it for about an hour. Then I sip water til lunch. I must say, I think I can sip water fast. I haven't had any problems. At lunch I may have what I call a super duper shake! I mix a packet of carnation instant breakfast(no sugar added) with 8 oz skim milk and then a scoop of unflavored protein powder(Gen Soy soy protein powder) for a whopping 37 grams of protein. It's slightly grainy but not bad. Then I sip water til dinner. At dinner I have another refgular shake and sip water afterwards. It's not as bad as I thought it would be. I usually sip one cup of water per hour as instructed even though I feel I could do more. I only drink water, shakes, cream soups strained, and skim milk. I think it's easier to drink all of these fluids because they run through the hole and don't just fill the pouch. Does this sound right everyone else??
