Anyone else that can't sleep at night?

I can't sleep at night, I am so excited about my surgery that I can't sleep, thinking about the day before, day of and what I will look like 150-170 lost hopefully thats my goal, but anyway I tried everything to sleep not working

Hi Rebecca...I know what you mean. Sometimes my surgery and everything that is going to happen is all I think about. I am having open DS on July 17th..Good Luck on the adventure ahead of us.... Marie

yes i am having the same thing! my pcp gave me ambien and i still can outlast the ambien. my surgery is the 10th. i am excited and nervous. good luck to you misty

I'm having open DS on the 11th. I am sleeping ok, but I have been having the WILDEST and busiest dreams! In the morning my bed looks like a tornado hit it, and I am worn out all day from being so darned busy all night in my dreams! Jezia

i can't eat or sleep either all i do is count the days the 19th by the way untill im under the blade im so ready physicaly and spirtuly .

Hi Rebecca, I am having trouble sleeping too! I am excited one minute and nervous the next! I have pretty much given up on getting a good nights rest for now. Hopefully, we will all be able to sleep afterwards! Take Care, Dee

I have a hard time falling asleep, too! I keep thinking about surgery and all the stuff I have to do before Monday! We're also moving tomorrow, which makes it even more crazy!

thats too funny! not funny that you are not sleeping but the way you put it. my surgery is on the 10th! i am having trouble getting to sleep. my mind is so busy. good luck and sweet dreams to all! misty
