Pre Op Testing done and over with...

this morning I had all my tests done including, blood work, EKG, Chest-ray, gallbladder sonogram and a Venous doppler, all of them took shorter then I thought, I got at the hospital in pouring rain never seen it rain that hard in a long time, anyway, the tech said that my legs look good, so next step medical clearance from my dr. thats Monday at 2:30. hope everyone has a good rest of the week Becky

Hey Becky, Good for you! My pre-op testing is on July 5 (surgery date on July 17th) and I must admit, I am not looking forward to it. I hope mine is quick like yours. Good luck and best wishes

Becky: Exactly what is a venous doppler? That's not a test I've heard of. Appaarently different pre ops have different tests. Does it have anything to do with developing clots in your legs? Anxiously Awaiting Surgery in Pa. Gloria
