So were both Cancers, my birthday is July 15. I wish I was only going to be 30 and doing this now. You have your whole life ahead of you. I couldn't think of a more wonderful gift to give ourselves then a new look on life. i feel this surgery will add to my life span and I will be so much happier and healthier. Can I get a WOO HOO! I am scheduled for the 18th as well!! I do not know when my pre-ops are (since we scheduled on Friday and we did not even have the approval letter yet) but I am assuming they will be one week prior. I will keep you in my prayers!

Congratulations Kathi. I just got my surgery date this week also, I am sheduled exactly one week after you, 07/25/06. I am so excited. How much weight are you trying to lose before surgery?
