Well here is an update on my plastics consult yesterday. Since it was just an update from the previous one last June, I didn't have to get totally nekkid again YIPPEE... But they did show me my full color photos YIKES !!!!!!!!!!! I am tentatively set for the first week in March. Going to have Belt Lipectomy, Thigh Lift, Breats Augmentation (D cup here I come) with the newly FDA approved Silicon boobies. They are totally redone, not liquid any longer, more like jello consistency, much much better now. Actually my doctor said he just removed his wife's salines and put in the silicones. And while I am knocked out he is going to do a TCA chemical peel to help with these leftover teenage large pores I have then in 6 weeks to a Temperal Mini Face Lift. WHEW, Im gonna be in a lotta pain for a bit but hopefully it will all be worth it. Sue

Hey Tim, that's fantastic news. I know how you feel about the drains. I think that was the worst thing about my gastric, the drains. Felt like a little alien attached to my body! You take care, and heal well my friend.

I had my first follow up with the plastic surgeon today. He says I am doing very well. I was hoping that he would pull my drains but he said to leave them in for at least another week. They were going a lot slower but that was only because they were clogged with clots. (EWWWWW) Meanwhile my pain levels have dropped a lot the last couple days and I am taking very little of the vicodin.(what a tough guy!) And today I got to admire my new profile in the full length mirror! One bad thing was that I sneezed this morning. YOW! Didn't need any coffee after that one! Still not ready to boogie down yet but I'm not walking like a human question mark any more either. Got my scrip for antibiotics refilled and am going to see both Dr.'s again next Monday. I feel your pain. I got home on the 19th. I am now just able to sit up. Dr. found one hernia but it was small and repaired. My sister went to get my pain meds and the doc put the wrong date on them. So the drug store could not give them to me.So the office would only write me one for a mild pain med, cause doc is away . These drains tubes , I agree they suck . I am so hoping they come out soon. HAHA but not like yours did. That has to suck. They said it happens alot though, I think I would freak out. Dr. wants me in for more surgery but right now I have to get over this before I even think about it. Hope you keep feeling better each day.
