Not spying too much lately but did get my body fat percentage tested last Thursday.
Came in at 21.7% 11% to 22% is considered "normal"
The woman who tested me, a personal trainer and very skinny tested at 22%
Since she is also a friend I got to rib her a little!
Not too bad, eh?

and I will be "normal" my BMI that is. It might be a while before I hit that goal since it's almost "that time of the month" and I'm eating everything in sight. But never thought I would have a normal BMI. Just wanted to share.

Hey Tiffany, WOW lots of new and exciting things happening in your life. Deep breath! It will work out, you will be amazed at how well you handle it all. I'm thrilled for you, and I agree with the others who said if we all waited till the perfect time for a baby, few of us would have our wonderful children. And think of the money you are saving by not going to the fertility specialist?? This is the plan for your life, make the most of it! Can't wait to hear how everything is going!
