Hi Diane
A good vitamin is Optisource
It is specially formulated for Bariatric patients
You can buy it on www.walgreens.com
or check in the store for it.
You take it 4 times a day and its one month supply
26.00 a month
I've been taking them and my blood levels are great.
The only extra thing I take is the calcium citrate.
Let me know how you make out.

I have been taking andrew lessman complete for women since my surgery as my multi vitamin since surgery. They are 60.00 plus shipping for two months. I also take calcium, iron, joint effort etc.... They are capsules and that disolve instantly and the inside is a very fine powder so I have felt I was getting more benefit for that reason. I just lost my job and will not be able to affford my vitamin habit, (that I need, of course) anyone have any suggestions on any good vitamins that are not so expensive? I am spending at least 200.00 a month. I would soooooo appreciate any ideas, I am worried that my health is going to suffer because of my financial situation.
Thanks to all that answer,
diane
Topic: What a concept...
Did you know that if you follow the pouch rules, you will not gain any weight? What a concept! I gained about 10 pounds, some of which I was trying to gain and then through mom's surgery and travels and gained the rest. I was REALLY worried about how quickly and easily I gained the weight. Summer is here and I really wanted to get that little bit off. Followed the rules and had it off within a week. Have kept it off now for several weeks.
I'm just SO relieved to know that the tool is still working and that I am not destined to be a 300 pounder again!
How is everyone? Vacation plans for summer? What's going on with you all?
HUGS
Kimberly

But I'm 'fraid that this poem is a farce
When I have some more time
I'll improve on this rhyme
But right now it will only get warse
God that was bad

Sorry Pam-- I made a typo-
I am doing market research, just for a whole new industry. From pharma to beauty is a bit of a leap. But my content is the same-- market research.
I don't have to use their products, but I am fiddling with them, since I get a discount .
Good to hear from you,
Love
Andrea
