Topic: Kim Grimme in Hospital
Hey everyone, Kim seems to have a stricture or something not letting her get any food down, was having an awful time today, (probably most of the week even). Called her doc, and he has admitted her yesterday evening. Giving her fluids (IV) and will be doing an EGD (looking down her throat, pouch and beyond) to see what's going on. She was doing a little better at the hospital with some Phenergan to help nausea and relax a little.
Definately wants us all to pray for her, and I will add prayers for the doctors to find out what is wrong and give her some relief.
They will do her scope sometime this afternoon. I will let you know more as I know more.

Topic: Sweet Tooth
I hesitate to throw recipes out usually but a number of you have been bioching lately about the dreaded word: sweets.
Here's an option that I've been using to meet my desire for sweets. It's not the lowest in terms of calories, but it is quite healthy and my nutritionist loves it as long as I moderate and let the family enjoy, too! Two and one half cup servings daily.
A decent food processor make this a 10-12 minute preparation.
FRESH FRUIT SALAD!!!!!!
Quarter and slice:
1 or preferably 2 small granny smith apples
1 navel orange
Slice:
1 banana
25 grapes or 2 ounces raisins
Crush:
2-3 ounces walnuts
Mix it all with with 1 ounce shreaded coconut.
The half cup goes in my morning oatmeal with splenda and a dash of salt and real vanilla. I don't sweeten this otherwise.
Warning: it is addictive but moderation remains my motto!!!!!

I am happy that you have such a postive attitude towards this speed bump in your life. I know that it will make you a stronger person in the long run but it still sucks in the short run.
Now, I do need a lawn boy and I think I know a man who is unemployed. . . to bad that your garage needs you now

Do you remember Maria (not sure of her last name). She used to post here all the time. She has a website that she still posts about once in a while (roadtothin.com). Anyways, she is about 3 or 4 months along with twins. I believe that she had surgery on the 18th also.
I am so happy for you. Please let us know all the details and how you are doing!!

I too had surgery July 18th, 2005
I am down 145 pounds
I am doing well
before I go for plastic surgery I was given permission by my surgeons and obgyn to have a baby now and not wait another year. Loooking forward to it. I need a new hoby, except this one will be one for 18 years. Oh well.

Girl I only weighed 97 lbs this morning and let me tell ya you look 100 times better than me. You are one sexy lady.( I am not gay ) lol far from it. I love some men. They just don't love me. Take a long look at yourself. You are the bomb. Wish I could say that. I have no @ss at all. I can't even hold my pants up. And my boobies are now a 32 A......Yes an stupid a cup. And it is a little big. I need to train these little girls again. So they will grow. I went from a 36 c..............now that sucks. Have a nice weekend and go out there and show off that sexy body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am loving the beard and the stash............ And for the job thing. Things happen for a reason. Hell dude you might get even a better job. Or a more high paying job. Someone said when god closes a door, He opens a window. That hit home with me. I have had a sucky life. But I still hold my head up and know in my heart that things will get better. In gods time not mine. I am 42 years old today and still waiting on my ship to come in. Be good dude or be good at it.
