do i feel great (mild back pain- but hey i can take that).. i feel like the fittest i've ever been in my entire life.. i walked today about 5 miles- without even thinking about it... son on my shoulders for about 3 1/2 miles of it.. he's almost a third of my weight... but i still always feel so tired- EXTREMELY tired... and why am I NOT LOSING ANY WEIGHT... i'm back up to 179 pounds... and holding... i'm doing the meal plan- i added cheese to an afternoon snack.. i'm so sick of salad i could

but i'm being so GOOD... i'm not "down" about it- just frusterated and tired of it.... just maybe i stopped losing at month 5.5/6 out- and this is it 180 pounds -that's it.... so i think- uhm.. was the surgery "worth it?" i am more mobile- active- i still sleepy and tired... i just can't eat all the junk anymore.. and yeah- i lost weight... ok- at least i'm not gaining.. right... uhm... ok- enough of my vent jennifer

Don't forget the common eastern Ky term of endearment between men: honey. When I was in my mid 20s, this big old tall politico (he was a Carl Perkins Dem) called me honey, I just about sh_t. It was quickly explained. I can't recall the number of times I've heard it used. Dave
