Well, it ain't the republican party. It is Bush. He is an idiot. And Cheney, who leads Bush. Not that I agree with significant parts of the republican platform -- and I am a democrat. But, they ain't so great right now either. As to civil liberties - yes, I believe in them. I even (gasp) have donated money to the ACLU. And my hair isn't red, naturally (can't use the Miss Malibu defense). -Pam

At 3 month labs my iron was way low. So I take two "gentle" iron tablets every day. My 6 month labs were better. I, ummm, haven't done my 1 year labs -- I should go in for the blood draw this week. The doctor ordered them, but... Start -- 320 Current -- 189 Loss -- 131; 1.5 pounds lost this week Goal -- 150 For my goal, I'm actually thinking 160, that will be half my starting weight. I'll just have to see how I do when I get there. -Pam

Don't need extra iron and only time my legs get restless is if I miss my walk. Did my 5 miles this morning tho so I'm OK. Weight has been waffling up and down 3 or 4 pounds for the last couple weeks. Up a couple this morning. Pre-op 430 This AM 207 Total lost 223 Gee.... what to do today? I think I'll do so cement prep. Take care all and have a great day! Tim

the only vitamins i take is 2 flinestones a day and *under the tongue* B-12 every other day. I don't have restless leg syndrome.. but i always have to move my legs.. to get to sleep i move them back and forth- or sitting still- or at the computer- i always am moving the legs... weight- ARGH- Highest 284 DOS 263.5 today 178 jennifer

Hi Everybody.. Just a quickie for now : Do you take Iron? And does anyone here have 'Restless Leg Syndrome'? ...It's where you have very uncomfortable sensations (like bee's behind the knee's) in the legs when you are sleeping or lying down. .. If you have it you'll know for sure.. So, It's been a while for me but .. I'll go first.. Surgery Weight 290 Current Weight 160 Goal Weight 150 Thats 130 pounds down.. and 10 to my goal... have a steller Sunday everyone.. peace Mo
