I don't know why you keep calling yourself a granny - 50 is not old. I mean, I'm 32 and the older I get, the younger 50 looks to me!! LOL This is very exciting, and I know no matter how many of us told you that you could do better than 6 month dude, you had to see for yourself and now you have!!! So stop calling yourself granny and don't worry about his kids - you're not marrying him YET, right? And enjoy yourself!

Just gotta let yall in on a good thang. "Specially you Malibu. Yall all remember the horrible 6 month dude I was dating that dumped me for a "younger c35 yr chick he hoped to find" (Yea right like he could get and keep one) Well, I survived his crappy treatment and just gotta let yall in on sumptin. I met this other guy about 8 months ago. We have been nothing but total friends. We have talked on the phone for 8 months. When he found out Dale and I split he asked me out. I said no because I am 50 and he is 41. And since Dale did such a number on my head saying he wanted a 35 year old I figured hell all this guy wants is booty anyway. I even told him last week straight up that I was not looking for someone to crawl into the sack with and if that was what he wanted, then he needed to talk to someone else. I figured he would stop calling but he didn't. He has been calling me every night and every morning on the way to work for about 3 weeks now. He is so sweet and has continued asking so I finally said yes this weekend. I had the ABSOLUTE BEST TIME of my life. We went to the woods where he hunts and shot pistols at beer cans for a couple of hours then went to his house and rode his 4-wheeler all over his 10 acres. He then cooked me supper and we watched a movie and he took me back home at 9pm. He was a perfect gentleman and I had the absolute best time ever. Guess I need to get over the age thing, but he also has a 11 and 8 year old children who he gets every other weekend. ARRGGGH kids that age and me 50 YIKES>>> Oh well, I will keep yall posted on what happens. But so far so good for the ole granny huh??? Sue
