Yeah, I check often as well but don't have a lot of time to post. I wish I could do more, but what can ya do? It makes me sad, though.
I tend to post or reply to things I have an opinion on or can help with (when I can post). If I can't be of help or have no opinion, I tend to just not say anything. Which is true in my real life as well!

I'm so glad you finally joined our little family. Like I told you a bit ago (I'm so late at replying to everything!) you're taking Malibu's spot and becoming the glue that's going to keep us together. I think that's so cool that someone took the torch to not let this board die. We all love it here and we're so like family. It's neat that we're all still together, even if it's just in our thoughts.
And I replied to your message about publishing my story. It's so cute that you liked it so much!

I can't believe you read all of my profile, though! It's so long now. You get kudos for slogging all the way through it! Wouldn't that be a hoot to publish something. I appreciate your thoughts I wouldn't even know where to begin, though. But it's a nice thought! And thank you for calling me an inspiration. Like I said, *you* are the inspiration for me! I can't wait to make it to the double century mark! I'm only 15 pounds away, I can do this!

Im going to my fiance's family, and my mom, her boyfriend, and my sister and her boyfriend will also come. Im happy because this year is the first time that both families will have Turkey Day together. Im sure i'll be bad and eat all the fattening stuff, but hey, its Turkey Day, and we gotta treat ourselves sometimes, right?!?!? I just have to make a mental note to keep track of what im eating and not stuff myself, because i dont realize it and then i get so sick, i have to lay down.
And what is this? A love connection right here on the boards?!?!?!?! Was I the only one who missed that???? Thats awesome though! 
Anyhow, on another note, since I still have to lose a lot of weight (like at LEAST 50 pounds), I just bought these herbal diet pills....lets hope they work. They have hoodia in them. They are called Cortisol, and the others that I got are some green tea pills...the one is to curb appetite, and the green tea ones are to fat burn. Who know if they'll work, but I can at least hope for the best. I took them today, and i guess i think i didnt feel as "snacky". But, that might be in my head.

whats shakin July Babies? ... I just wanted to pop in and wish you all a bery happy upcoming Thanksgiving.. Today is 16 months put for me and I know we have quite a few of you 18ers' out there. So happy anniversary to all of you. I am weighing in at 149 thats 141 pounds down from surgery. It seems like a dream dosen't it?
It's like I used to think that one day back in the 80's I jusy woke up fat.. I remember that day so clearly.. I woke up and went to get dressed and found that nothing fit, I freaked it was still early on a Saturday morning and my husband Gary was sleeping but I started bashing him with a pillow sobbing that "He didn't tell me I was getting so fat".. it's funny now to me, still bittersweet but so real I just never noticed my weight gain for a long time. And now that I am me again in this somewhat 'new' body it seems like a dream how the weight came off after the 18th of July 2005. .. I worked hard at this but it seems to have gone by in a flash somehow.. time plays tricks like that when you are my age I think. ..
Well again.. much love to all of you and remember to remember all of us when you count your good fortune this Holiday season.
