I've never heard of a Caribou coffee. We do have Starbucks though. Im going to try some of that.

Tif- Unfortunately, I paid for all my memberships. I did eharmony, chemistry, jdate, match, etc. I did meet some nice people on match and Chemistry, but you have to pay for the service. Just keep plugging away. I had a friend that met her partner because she signed up for a cycling club (she wasn't into cycling, she just thought it was a way to meet people. Tell all your friends your looking too and you want introductions. It's hard work, but hopefully you will find someone. And Peter is right, you can just back into the right person if you are open. hi julyers just wanted to check in (which i haven't done in a long WHILE) i had my arms lifted and a breast lift and augmentation done last thursday (dec 28th) my boobs are perky and perfect and healing nicely. i have minimal bruising and the incisions are very clean and healing. the arms...well they HURT ALOT. they feel tight, and are sore and bruised pretty badly. i had lipo done on the back of my arm above the elbow and let me just say that lipo SUCKS!!! hahaha. it really hurts afterwards. i am healing well but man oh man my arms hurt. i have never with all of my surgeries/dental etc. ever finished my pain meds and with this i not only finished them but i asked for MORE! i am happy that i have done everything even at a week out the difference is AMAZING!!! i loved my surgeon. i am planning on having my tummy done with him possibly over the summer (after i rob a bank!) anyways, i just wanted to pop in and say hi and give you my post op report. happy new year! brandy

FYI- sugar free syrups have been added... caribou has a sugar free chocolate now... oh my goodness- decaf, skim, sugarfree mocha here I COME!!!!!!!!!!! jennifer

thank you lisa..... I"m so mixed emotions- because i'm MAD- i mean MAD that my surgeon nor his "ASSISTANT" caught this.. it took the infertility dr to put me on the metformin- to balance out hormones!!!!! all those blood work labs i did- but did they ever test for the RIGHT stuff- NO... that whole time... and then having them make me feel so bad... then i'm so happy- because the weight is coming off= it wasn't ME- like everyone said- you failed- you're eating or cheating!!!! or you're not WORKING THE TOOL... so i feel better about myself- I KNOW my body- i know myself... this has made me a stronger- possibily more confident about my decisions- about standing up for myself... if i was more voiceful- ?? or knew to say- HEY WHAT ABOUT HORMONES? geesh.. but yes... the weight- which today i'm at 162 so another pound came off so happy jennifer
