Well, first of all hello everyone, just found out that there is a message board for those of us who had surgery in July 05'. I had mine July 16th and I have lost a total of 165 Pounds. The problem is I really want to be under 200 pounds before my year anniversary. How can I lose 25 pounds before July 18th. There has to be a way. Please give me some advice. I will do anything.

Welcome to our board! Glad you found us. First of all, congratulations on your weight loss-- What an amazing accomplishment-- You need to tell us your secret to your success. Secondly, a little note to not forget your accomplishment! While are all striving toward goals, every pound closer is a win! I am a piker in my weight loss (not even 100 pounds yet); but I just keep working the tools- Make sure I get my protein and liquid and exercise 3-4 times per week. When I hit a stall I try to change up my exercise in order shake my body up and get over the stall. Hope that helps. Keep posting and let us know how you progress. Hugs, Andrea

I know that there is a Plateau buster but I don't have it. If you post on the main broad someone will give it to you. I just wanted to say you are doing great!!! You look wonderful. Keep up the good work. I know what helps me break a plateau is going out dancing Friday and Saturday. Last Sunday when I weighted in I was down 3 pounds. Plus I love to dance. Good luck Melissa 337/180/170

Hey Big Barbie! Welcome to our little July board. Pull up a chair and hang out for a while. Were a fun, smart, sassy, sexy group of folks! As for your request........You already have had AMAZING success! Do what ever the he** you've been doin', cause it's sure workin' for ya! Funny thing is: I have the same exact goal!! I want to lose 27 lbs by July 18th (my anniversary and also our big July board Vegas trip is that week). This will put me at goal. This is what I do: Keep my calories between 800-1000 per day 60 g of Protein 64 oz. fluids I don't track carbs, but I avoid the obvious ones (sugar, potatoes, pasta) I take a 2 mile run everyday then walk back home. So...2 and 2. I do it everyday because inevitably work or family duties come up and I will miss a day here and there. Hope to see you around here again, C

First of all, welcome to our board ... Secondly ... HOLY CRAP!!! Girl, your weightloss just absolutely amazing!! I really don't have any advice except keep within your calories 800 - 1000, do your daily exercising and get in all your protein. I've been loosing really slow and my goal is to loose 30lbs by my 1 year anniversary but I dont know if I will make it! So ... just know we are all in the same boat with you!! Good luck and thinking of you!!
