It's time for a new one!
I stopped at a bank yesterday that I don't usually use. I had to show the teller my drivers license. She looked at me and my license about 6 times, until I finally just told her I had lost a significant amount of weight. She was skeptical at first but when I told her I had a bypass she was like "ohhh....two of my sisters did the same thing".
I guess I should go get a new license. I wonder if the dmv is going to give me any flack about it since it's not time for my renewal? Oh well...it is sorta weird to look at my old dmv pic and realize exactly how heavy I was.
They make you tell them your weight for your driver license! I don't think I would of been able to do that before all of this. Good thing I always lived in Florida where you don't have to provide that info. It is pretty fun though when people give you double
takes when they look at your ID. When I lost a hundred pounds about three years ago, I actually just went to the dmv and told them I lost my dl, just so I could get a new picture, and still have my old one also for a keepsake. But you known of coarse I gained that weight back plus so more.
lol..
ok same thing happened to me... i ordered a glass of wine. and the guy carded me.. HELLO- i'm 31!!!
my husband was with me.. (i can do a half glass..anywhoo)
i show my license and he refused me said it wasn't me. my husband did set him straight... my license i just had done about 2 weeks before surgery- and it states 260- i wasn't thinking- and now i'm at 159.... so i suppose i better go get it redone... especailly since my husband is a police officer and teases me my license is not accurate

The last time I went to Canada (about four months ago) I was coming back through customs - the agent took my passport, looked at it, looked at me, looked back at it, and said "That you?". I laughed and said yes, about 100 pounds ago. His response? "nice job" hehehe.
My drivers license is hideous. I'm thinking about a new one - but I hope they won't make me use my old picture!
