AM I THE ONLY 1?
I am suuuuppper frustrated right now. I know I shouldnt compare cause everyone is different. But am i the only one who started out around 278 still in the 2's? Im weighing in today at 205!! I know I should be exercising ALOT more. I have begun riding my exercise bike for 30 minutes a day, but now im thinking about boosting it up to two sessions per day, one at 30 minutes and another at 15 minutes. I am jusy so upset with myself right now. I dont know if maybe it is me or maybe I somehoew have lost all I will lose? I guess we will know by next week. A whole week of riding that dang bike twice a day should produce some results. I just dont know what else to do. I am not lacking any protein or vitamins. My labs are all normal....I had to actually decrease my vitamins. I am only taking half of a woman's daily vitamin, my b-12 and my viactiv chews. I was getting severe migranes from taking a whole vitamin. Too much Vitamin A and Niacin can cause them I was informed. This led me to believe that maybe I am absorbing way more than any other bypass patient. Which has made be question exactly how much or how little they ended up bypassing....Could be a reason why I can drink a Coolata and not dump....(long embarassing story). I am just atsorts with this....
