how many calories are you eating?
Well...its been just over 9 months now. I've lost 120 pounds and have more to go, but notice my weight loss IS slowing, sometimes 2-3 weeks with no change. I know that is normal, but what I am trying to do right now is figure out how many calories a day I should be shooting for.
I went for my doc and nut appointments last month and they said everything was fine...just to up my protein a bit to account for the exercising that I am doing. But, when I asked what kind of calorie number I should shoot for each day, they wouldn't give me a number.
I use fitday, which is great....how many calories to you all normally eat a day?
