You look awsome! I really like your choice of music for your video it is so very appropriate. Way to go also on your award. What does TOPS stand for, I don't think we have that here in MN. I'm guessing it is similar to our IMAGES program, for support. Anyway keep it up you are looking so wonderful!

TOPS stands for Taking Off Pounds Sensibly. It's basically a support group, and you follow whatever program works for you. They have a website at www.tops.org.
