Sunday Weekly Weigh In
Thanks- I was at goal (200****il I met with my nurse this week for my 9 month and she gave me a new goal of 170. That would give me a BMI that is totally normal. Don't know if I like that goal. Other than the excess belly (flab/skin) I'm starting to think I look a little too skinny, I guess that I shouldn't complain but I was so used to having more meat on my bones. In my mind looking to skinny just dosn't look healthy. I'm thinking that if I can get down to 180 than I'll look into plastics to take me the rest of the way. Probably the wrong way to think about it. In some ways I think I need to start getting myself retrained on how I think about all this. For 9 months it's been about lose lose lose- I think now it needs to be maintain maintain maintian. I'm wondering if the smart thing to do instead of a goal is to set a range and then just stay in area so that I don't drive myself crazy with the up 1 down 1 roller coaster. Anyway---- Thanks for the encouragement!!!
Good Morning July Babies!
Just got home from the gym. Stepped onto the scale and what am I greeted with???
227.6
Thats right, 227.6!
That is 202.4 pounds lost. Almost 6 pounds this week alone. When I bust a plateau it goes with a BANG!
I was jumping up and down like an idiot. My cat thinks I'm nuts but I figure I've earned a little temporary insanity.
Hell, this whole ride has been insane but in the best possible way.
Any way, here it is officially
Pre-op 430
This AM 227.6
Total lost 202.4
WOO HOO!!!!
Tongue kisses for all!
Tim (the slim)
I'm losing again. After a stall, or actually a crawl (that was "maintenance") for a couple of months, I'm happy to see movement.
I'm down 4 pounds since last Tuesday.
Start: 320
Today: 207
Loss: -113
I'm sure that excercising and tracking food is what is making it move. I'm a daily weigher, and it has been the last couple of days it is moving down.
A to Channan for the reality check in another message thread. Reminded me of the basics. I was also drinking during meals. Now that I've given that up too, I can only eat half a chicken breast at a time, not a whole one. But lasagna goes down smooth.
