It's that time again.......Belly up to the scale folks!
Is it givin ya love or is it hatin'?.............In other words...did you lose?
Well, I had a much better week. Last week I gained a pound this week, I lost three PLUS the three that I had gained. So a total of 6 lbs.
T minus 120 and counting.
How bout you?

still the same- keep going from 161 to 164 up and down for the past 2 months- MONTHS.. ugh.... Now december I was doing that but it was 171-174.. then bam over night i lost 5-10 pounds... and now- i think it's been since mid/early feb i've been at this 161-164 up and downers... and waiting for the wake up that it will fall

You need to "shock" your system into losing again.
2 weeks is a stall, 2 months is maintainance mode.
Do something very different. Like......hit the cardio everyday, or lower your calories for a week.
Sometimes the body just needs a kick in the pants to get rolling along.

You're soooo close to goal.....hit it hard this week and you'll be there before you know it!
