Okay, so what is your thoughts about following the points system!!
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what, but I'm at a stand still again and actually picked up 3lbs over the weekend ... WTH!!??
N e ways, I'm tempted to try something new ... and WW has worked for me in the past although I just never sticked to it, this time around it should be easier since my stomach is smaller and I'm in routine with the healthy eating!!
So what do you think???
I obesess alot about what I eat, carbs, fat ... protein! Like most of us I try to stay within 1000 calories a day, some days I'm over ... some days I'm under!
I don't know. Even with my faithfull exercising in March I barely lost anything ... ugh, I guess I'm just frustrated today and having a bad day. Starting to question alot of my habits ...
I'm gonna try WW for the next month and see how it goes. I'll follow the WLS golden rules (take vitamins, protein first, lots of water and exercise) and see how it goes, dont have anything to loose ... OR DO I!!!
I think it's a great idea! I had thought of it myself awhile back, but then I started to lose again. Marlize, it WILL come off. I promise. Just keep doing what we were taught. I know, I know, you are sick of all the damn protein. So am I.
We can do this though!
Don't stop the exercising. It is what started me losing again. I thought nothing would work, and then this month, I lost 5 more pounds. I was happy with that, b/c the month before I lost nothing.

I guess I'm just starting to get frustrated and scared that I wont reach goal (or close) by October and will not be able to have my PS.
Everyone at work and at home supports me with the exercising, but I keep on coming up with damn excuses ... I dont know what is wrong me with, I'm totally demotivated ... ugh!!
I need a good kick in the butt ... AGAIN! I'm gonna throw away my scale and just keep on trying!!
BTW, what do you do for exercising? Are your running like Channon?? I did pretty good with the walking and running last month, but then I read what other do, set up this whole exercise plan ... overdo it and then stop exercising. See, I know what I'm doing wrong!!
I am doing a combination of running/walking and Curves. It really keeps me motivated, so that if I mess up, I know I can exercise and it makes me feel better, like I am moving toward a goal. And I feel stronger, and suddenly since I upped the exercise,
I AM SHRINKING!
