Hello all
Well I'm back from Florida and no worse for the wear. Had a great time with my students. I actually wore a bathing suit and swam 3-4 hours everyday. That's the first time in 20 years. 
I played phone tag with the Paris all week. Finally talked to them in person on Friday morning. They were going to get back to me Friday afternoon but never they never called back. I know this is taking awhile to get details....sorry. If they aren't more cooperative soon...I have a plan B. That maybe involves a different (non-Caesars) hotel. I have also enlisted the help of the the Nevada board. If all of you would be willing to stay off the strip out at the lake I could promise a wonderful experience at the Hyatt. With my contacts there they would take great care of us. That would be Plan C.

I don't think the discount would be significant enough to really worry about especially since most of us will be sharing a room. 10-15 % on a 169.00 room would only save us $35-50 bucks split two or three ways. In the total expense of the trip....it's pennies on the dollar. Lets just get the rooms booked so that everyone can make plans and while there is still availability.
