Citracal Creamy Bites
Hi All,
These are new to the market. Citrical has come out with a Calcium chew (very creamy) that is Calcium Citrate as we need and not Calcium Carbonate(which requires stomach acid to break down which we lack) I got some @ Target I also hear they have them @ Walmart. I am sure they will be everwhere soon. I got Lemon Creme (because I was craving lemon squares) I never used to eat lemon squares b4?? Anyway, they taste really good, better tasting than Viactiv Chews. They had lots of flavors to choose from. There are only 30 pieces in a box and you would probably need 2 a day, so a box will last ya like half the month and they cost like 7.00 something. They taste good so I am willing to make the small investment 2x a month. Has anyone else tried a different flavor?
Hi all-
I have tried the new citracal bites, andthey are great!!!I have the chocolate fudge and caramel, ummmm good, and much easier than those huge pills!, I'm so thrilled they came out with these. They are definitely worth the cost. I had been using the Walmart brand of viactiv, but my doc said my calcium level was too low and my body was pulling calcium from my bones, soo, im happy there's an easier way to take the calcium citrate.
Hope everyone is well!!Have not posted much here, but am lurking everyday, so just wanted to say hi to all the julyers!

I'm using the Chocolate Mint and Caramel. They're both ok - better than the horse pills (although I do take those in the morning). I have one of the chews late in the evening. The textures is not exactly "smooth" more crumbly in my opinion.
Take care,

sure as heck wish the new pic would show up with posts.....
I saw these yesterday at Walmart they were like $5.96 a box. I picked up 4 boxes. The Lemon Creme, Choc Fudge, Choc mint and carmel. I tried the lemon creme and the choc fudge yesterday. Yuck. Didn't like them at all. I'm going to try the Choc mint and carmel today. If I have to i'll choke em down but they weren't pleasant tasting to me at all.

I needed to get some calcium anyway so I picked up a box of each today at Walmart. ( I HATE going to Walmart ) Cost $5.96 each. I really hate those horse pills too. So far I've eaten a caramel and a chocolate and they were both pretty good. I'm gonna have a mint one later and try the lemon tommorow. Hopefully I'll be able to get them at Costco eventually.
