Sweet Potato Cheesecake "Pie" Recipe

I made a "sweet potato pie", I baked some yams skin and all then scooped the insides out mixed with my cheescake mixture (cream cheese,sourcream,splenda,vanilla extract,fresh lemon juice) added like 2-3 eggs and bake @ 350 till fork comes out clean. Taste good to me! Did not miss the crust! You have to eye the ingredients to taste, certainly not rocket science
