Just a thought. I am very snacky all the damn time. Do you guys think that diet pills will harm us at all, with the new pouch and what not? I used to take these ones that i got online. Crap, i forget the name...but basically, they are speed i think. Crap...i wish i could remember what they were called. But i know that some people call them speckled eggs. They are white with blue specks in them......Oh, i remember now...Phentermine! I was thinking of taking them again, just to curb the ol' apetite. They didnt do any harm before all....obviously, since i was as big as a house! I only took 1/2 pill a day though. Do you guys think it would work differently now?

Hi Tiffany, I'm not sure if diet pills would harm you, But I won't tell you not too try. Because I at times snack alot too? But I really think that it is what we eat.Try not too eat too much carbs. Because carbs make you eat more! And drink lots of water and planty of exersize. It works for me if I keep myself on track. Just a suggestion? Anyway good luck with your weight lose.

Tif- Just a question-- Did the diet pills work before? If they didn't (which I assume since you had the surgery) what makes you think they will now? I would stay away from them. Speed essentially makes your heart rate work overtime-- It will force the heart to pump faster-- it's like a MEGA dose of caffeine-- that can't be good for your system. Hang in there and just keep plugging sweetie. Andrea

I go through these cycles where I go from having zero appetite to eating every hour or so. I started eating very protein rich foods when I snack. This seems to curb it a bit. My favorite thing to snack on are those rotisserie chickens they sell at the grocery store. This fills me up quick and I get to count it towards my protein intake. I'm also a huge fan of the Zone Perfect bars. YUM!! The chocolate caramel cluster and the coconut are really good. The peanut butter one deserve an honorable mention as well. And of course, they have lots of protein as well. I usually eat half of one-twice a day. (So one bar a day) As for the diet pills.....I'm not sure what they would do. I never had success with them myself. They just gave me the shakes and low blood sugar. Hmmmm.......I hope this helps. Hang in there babe! C

Your right about the shakes. I didnt like that too much. Made me all nervous and jerky. I love those rotisserie chickens. MMM.......I think I'll try the zone perfect bars. They sound good. Im always snacking on carby things (carbs are my weakness) Has anyone noticed a change in the way food affects them lately? Im noticing that sugars are bothering me way more than they used too. I used to be able to eat more sugar before it made me feel crappy, but now, just a little bit and i feel the yucks. Strange.

I'm still okay with sugars, but I have heard of late on-set dumping. I'm sure that's not the exact term for it, but it's when you develop dumping syndrom several months (up to about a year) after surgery. Sounds sxactly like what you're going through. This could be a good thing! I wish I dumped! C

I DUMP SO DAMN BAD! Too bad it doesn't always stop me. I still eat like a bird. But I get so snacky too. It really sucks. But I am so grateful for our tool! Diet pills, thought of it myself. But they are really right. They never worked before, and I have heard of many people being harmed by the "speed" Effects.
