New pic on my profile

Hey Everyone! It's been a very long time since I have posted anything. Work, school, and family seem to monopolize my time. No complaints though. At any rate, I just wanted to share my most recent photo with everyone. I am about 40 pounds away from my own personal goal and 5 pounds away from my doctors goal.
