NEED HELP HUNGRY?? STUCK??
Why would you want to go back on diet pills? I am in the same boat as you right now - want to eat anything and everything, BUT, I will NOT go back to diet pills. They didn't help before, why would they help now?
I know that most, if not all of my hunger is head hunger because I eat enough to keep myself satisfied. I was thinking about calling my PCP and asking him to refer me to a therapist for eating disorders. I fixed the physical problem with the surgery, now I need to fix my head or I will never keep this weight off. I have lost 105# and plan to keep it off, permanently!

Hi sybil,
I am going through the same thing I'm always hungry too. But I think its the things that I am eating. I think I need too make better food choices. I am one of those that don't dump and I hate it! Because sometimes I wish I did so that I wouldn't eat the things that I do. Don't get me wrong I do this once in a while not all the time. I really try too eat better now and drink lots of water and I even started exersizing again. I just bought me a gazelle from tony little best investment iv'e ever made. Hope that everything goes well with you . I'm down 93 lbs and hoping to get to underland really soon.
Hi Sybil,
We are probably all in the same boat now. My surgeon did tell me to expect my appetite to return so I was expecting it and YES it's back for me too. I do find it helps if I have a small protein type snack between meals now. My favorite is just a slice of american cheese in quarters on 4 saltines. While I wasn't really snacking between meals before, I now kind of have to. I still fill up pretty quickly at mealtime though so that's a good thing.
The weight is coming off pretty slowly now but I'm still not discouraged at all, I'm just so happy that it's still coming off even if it's only a pound here and there.
