My scale finally moved, thanks to me choosing to more or less deprive myself of food/water the past 2 days. However, I realized that is bad and I'm making my friend take my scale from me for the next month. I'm too obsessed about seeing the numbers move, and yes although I got under 150 for the first time, I didnt do it the right way.
In other news, I have 4 exams tomorrow that are killing me.
And I'm running a half-marathon (13.1 miles) on Saturday.
But just 6 more pounds til the century club! (But I wont know because NO SCALE.)
*sigh of relief*
Hiya Ash. I know what you mean, sweetie, about the scale not moving and wanting it to. As you know I have posted on here about reverting back to old eating disorder behavior, and I really have to watch myself or I deprive myself as well. Glad that you recognized what was wrong, and are doing something about it.
Prayers that your exams go well for you tomorrow. Make sure you get plenty of sleep tonight.
Best of luck in your half marathon. I used to be a runner, but my knees and shin splints are too bad to run anymore than a short distance now. Good luck!! I am so proud of you!!

Here we are again! Us three-Ash, Chan and Nickie!
I promise to eat today if you do!! HEHE!!
Sweetheart-If you're going to run that half marathon-you HAVE to feed your body! In fact you should be eating more than the rest of us right now and stocking up on carbs even!
Put the scale away!
Can you come take mine too? I would duct tape one to each foot if I could!
