Teeny little changes...
I exercised today on my gazelle for 20 minutes.
I ate no crackers or cheezits (YAY! I CAN DEFINITELY feel the LACK of hunger from NOT indulging in carby food!)
I cleaned my garage for 1 hour and my kitchen for 1 hour.
I'm a little tired but frankly, I am SURE i lost some daggone weight today!
I drank cups and cups of herbal tea.
Limited my caffeine to 2 coffees and a tea.
Sucked in my gut a few times while I sat at the computer.
Dang it. I WILL get these last 20 pounds OFF!
