I miss my dear friends here at OH
Caught up on th eposts and see everyone seems happy and continues to lose.......... )
- LIfe is so hectic..Still working 2 jobs now ablle to work out a gym. SPent this week at a wake and funeral for a young man who passed 47 years old after a life long stuggle with obesity. Very sad for me to stand next to his relatives. He left a 6 year old and 11 year old behind. Very sad. His body couldnot support the weight and had a massive heart attack. His weight was about 700 lbs.
- I am still a strong advocate of getting help for obesity as soon as possible. No one should be trapped by obesity.
On the other side- still trying to get the scale to move- another stall for me this one is 4 weeks.
Upped liquids- watching the snacking and working out.
Glad to see you I have been awol myself for a while what a terrible time to see such a young person die from this horrible disease, I was appx 330 at my highest weigh and could hardly move I cannot imagine what this poor man must have gone threw, I wish we could get ti threw more peoples head that this is a medicle condition and not just a bunch of people who are lazy and pig out all the time, but Im not sure most people will ever get it, as for you hold on the weight will come off again I myself am at a 3 month stall, but I have also had more surgerys ( double hernia and bowel) so hoping for us both that the scale will move soon...Lisa MJ
