What a Group!
July 6, 2005 was my day!
I post on the men's board.
I've been lurking with you folks for the past 6 weeks.
It is now time to get to know y'all. You are my kind of folks: irreverent, caring, "sin" sational, and experienced.
Vegas is my kind of town. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it because of a previous commitment. I hope to share a whiskey with some of you in Lexington,KY at the October OH national conference.
I am 56 and enjoying the hell out of life again. I'm married 36 years to my college sweetheart and have two wonderful kids, one deceased. I'm looking forward to retiring later this year and starting a new career. I've yet to place pictures on my profile, but they are coming soon.
I went to my cardiologist yesterday to discuss my latest bloodwork and echo.
My ejection fraction has gone from 34 to 67 and my heart's smaller. My cholesterol remains in check. My B-12 and iron levels are fine. I was blown away.
Malabsorbing with a mission (and supplements),
Dave
Well Dave...it is so great to meet you. Yup we are definitely the most 'sin'sational group besides the Sex Before and After board. We are a great bunch of people, and you do not have to worry about us being catty with you or anyone else. Welcome to the antics of us Julyers and enjoy your stay.
NOW GET SOME PICTURES UP, PRONTO, MISTER!!!
Nickie
Welcome Dave! Altho I dearly love the ladies of this board we are severely outnumbered and it's good to see yet another guy around here. It looks like you had a few problems according to your profile but I hope you are doing much better now. We are a very friendly group and real big on supporting each other so I hope to see more of you. Good luck with your continued progress!
Tim
Thanks for the grand welcome.
Yes, Tim. I certainly learned the definition of stricture over months 3-6, but I also met some awesome caregivers. Like you all, I've been so blessed.
I've also gained the privelege of farting enough gas to power my city, Frankfort, the capital of our great Commonwealth.
I'll keep those comments to a minimum.
Life can be pretty serious, but not tonight! Leaving with this thought:
I long
to wear a thong.
