Your looking great Deb. Those are great pictures!! It is so weird. I started at 337 and I at 187 also as of Sunday. I haven't seen anyone as closs in weight loss as me and you. You are doing great. Do you have a number in mind at where you want to get to? I'm 5'10 so 170 will give me a bmi of normal so I want to be at least there, but I'm happy were I'm at now. GOOD JOB!!! Melissa 337/187/170

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Its been a very emotional yet rewarding 8 months thats for sure. Ive been "lurking" around mostly but have been keeping up on everyone's progress. Keep the faith everyone! Just think how much better off we are then we were this time last year! Hugs Deb
